We want you to love your new sneakers! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
 - Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including tags and accessories.
 - Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
 
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at:

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 - We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt for your records.
 - International returns are accepted, but customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
 - If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
 - Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us first to check availability.
 - Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement (shipping fees may apply).
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Email us at info@hoelsneakers.com within 3 days of delivery.
 - Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
 - We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
 
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product pages)
 - Gift cards
 - Used or worn products
